Since 2002 the Power Pioneers have awarded their Community Service Award for Beginning a Lifetime of Community Service. The award recognizes young people who dedicate a significant amount of their time and energy to volunteering in their communities. The inspiration behind the award is the continued efforts of Power Pioneer volunteers to share their time and knowledge with others. Volunteerism is a foundation of the Power Pioneers Association.
New this year the Power Pioneers will award up to 20 prizes of $1000 in 15 regions of the province.
Applications are accepted January 1 to March 31 of each year.
Please read the application form for rules and eligibility requirements.
