Planing and discussion for our two major holiday events will be our main focus.
The Festival of Trees decorating event will be scheduled for late November, so we need to discuss who would like to participate.
Our annual Christmas Luncheon is scheduled for December 3, 2024, and a conversation on who can help out with preparation and activities is needed.
Pat and I are travelling this fall, and will be leaving for Greece on September 5th, returning to Canada late October.
As Pat and I will not be attending the September and October luncheons, we are looking for someone to take the lead for these two events. The task should be minimal, basically confirming the date and time with WhiteSpot, and acting as a contact for our group.
