Join us for a special presentation by the Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS). Learn about the incredible work of PADS and how assistance dogs can enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. If you have a bit of time and heart to spare, find out about puppy-raising and other volunteer opportunities. Need some incentive to get out for those daily walks? This can be the answer! Come out and meet some four-legged helpers.

Interested family and friends are welcome to come to the meeting to learn about PADS. Please send a quick email to Elly Tower to let us know you’re coming so we can count you in for refreshments.

This meeting also offers you the chance to pay for the Fairmont Christmas luncheon and membership dues by cash or cheque.

Annual Executive Election

Our bylaws call for annual elections for the executive positions of Branch President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The current incumbents have expressed willingness to continue in their roles:

Jashoda Patel, Treasurer

Nominations for all positions are welcome – if you’re interested or know of a member who would be interested in standing for election, please email Barbara Conrad bconrad@telus.net. Join our executive team to provide support and direction for your branch. Voting will take place at this branch meeting.
