May this message find you all safe and sound, as our forest fire season appears to already be underway. This is not the news we need to see so early in the year. The upside is that this milder weather and longer days of sunlight is giving ample time to complete yard maintenance to prepare for summer.
This year we have received two applications for our community service awards. The names and locations of the two students has not been announced at this time. Judging to take place soon.
Our May lunch/meeting will be held in the banquet room next to Nelly’s Pub. Date May 14th. Please RSVP no later than May 10th. Lunch will be two choices of soup, sandwiches, wraps and dessert.
