The Mission Hills Winery hosts an annual Festival of Trees event to raise funds for the BC Children’s hospital.  We have been very fortunate to be able to decorate a tree, sponsored by the Provincial Power Pioneers.

Maureen Lachnit organized a crew to decorate this year’s tree. Mareen, Bev and Tim Kolosoff, Bill and Jeanette McCracken, and Skip and Sue Mavety created a beautiful tree on November 21.

Matt Verboeket circulated a full page article from the Okanagan News highlighting the Festival of Trees.  Four year old Lila Pratch’s favorite tree was the BC Hydro Power Pioneers tree decorated with Squishmellows.
