By the end of 2021 over 20,000 books had been distributed for children across the province. Our Branches made this program a success by finding creative ways to raise funds and collect books, while helping to meet the specific needs and opportunities in their areas. Many schools and charities have benefited from these children’s book donations including, hospitals, homes for single women and kids and the Salvation Army. By being community centred the program is flexible and well suited to meet the needs of our communities.
